What 20 guests actually costs, line by line

Shared party pricing is transparent by design — a per-person rate plus VAT, no hidden venue-hire fee to split across your group. For a party of 20:

• Deposit: £30 + VAT per person to secure your table (£600 + VAT for 20 guests), due at the time of booking.
• Balance: the remainder, due at least three weeks before the event — giving you time to finalise exact numbers if a few people can't make it.
• Drinks: optional packages on top, from unlimited beer/wine/soft drinks upgrades to a full spirits package — worth deciding early since this is usually the biggest variable in the final per-head cost.

One thing worth knowing at this size specifically: we'll do our best to seat your group of 20 together, but for larger shared tables, exact positioning within the room can't always be guaranteed on very late bookings — another reason to book earlier rather than closer to December.

Doors open at 6:30pm, with the sparkling reception as your team arrives and settles in. Dinner is served mid-evening, with entertainment — aerial performers and stage acts at Cirque, a more understated production at The Lodge — running throughout rather than as a single interval, so there's no dead time between courses. The room opens up into the late bar and DJ set once dinner wraps, running through to carriages at midnight.

A few practical things worth knowing before you book 20 tickets: these are 18+ events (ID may be requested), smart casual is genuinely fine — jeans and trainers included — there's a complimentary cloakroom, and tickets aren't sold on the door, so your group's deposit locks in real seats rather than a general admission.

When 20 might actually mean exclusive hire instead

If your real priority is complete privacy — no other companies in the room, full control over branding — 20 guests is small enough that exclusive hire will cost significantly more per head than a shared night, simply because you'd be paying for a venue built for a much larger capacity.
