What is the maximum number of guests I can book?

Our venues range in different sizes, from 150-1000 banquet style, so for larger shared events always double check for say 50 or more guests

What is the minimum number of guests I can book for?

8 guests is the minimum that we would confirm in a single party

I am unsure of numbers, can I add to my booking?

Yes you can add to your booking, subject to availability

How much is the deposit per person?

The deposit is £30+VAT per person and due at the time of booking via credit/debit card or via a BACS payment.

When does does my deposit need to be paid?

ASAP, the sooner we get the money the sooner that you are confirmed – dates sell out really quickly

When does final balance need to be paid?

At least 6 weeks prior to the event

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Unfortunately this will not be available. All tickets must be purchased through our website before the date of the event.

Can I use deposit payments for guests no longer attending towards alcohol tokens/packages?

No – sorry deposits are non-refundable and can not be used towards the balance of other guests or drinks.

Does the venue have car parking on site?

Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking provided at any of our venues.  NCP car parks and on street parking may be available nearby but can not be guaranteed.

Is there an age limit to attend the events?

Due to the nature of the event and alcohol available at the event the parties are strictly 18+. If you are fortunate to look under 18 please be prepared to provide ID on entry.  We operate a challenge 25 policy at our venues.

Can I wear jeans and trainers?

We ask all guests to come dressed smart – this is a Christmas party and guests should dress to impress.  Smart jeans and formal trainers are permitted.   Guests are NOT allowed to wear sportswear.

Is there a cloakroom at the venue?

Yes – we provide a complimentary cloakroom. However due to the number of guests at each event, we ask guests not to bring large bags, bikes and newspapers.  Large items may be turned away.

Do you accept credit/debit cards at the venue?

Yes – guests can pay at the car using pre-paid tokens, cash or credit and debit cards.

Is there a smoking area at the venue?

All venues have a smoking area – this is a covered space at our event structure venues but maybe uncovered at certain venues.

Can I place name cards/items on the table before the event starts?

We do try to avoid doing this as it is a shared party, but if you need to then please make your booking manager aware before the event date. We do not allow early access to the venue so any items to be placed on tables must be done so during the drinks reception. Please note that only 1 person will be allowed into the main dining space.

Who caters the events?

Fusion Hospitality, who are our own in-house catering company and service over 50,000 guests a year

Can we ensure all our tables will be together?

Yes – we endeavour to seat all tables together. Multiple tables from the same company will be situated next to or very close to each other.


Can we bring Secret Santa presents?

Ideally not – we would have to know exactly what would be in the presents as we do not allow alcohol to be brought into the venue and ‘messy’ presents such as water pistols!

Do you offer vegan meals?

Yes, this needs to be included in the drinks and dietary form that is sent to you after the deposit is received.

Do you cater for Halal guests?

At shared events, the chicken is halal.  However please specify this on you dietary form.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes, we can accommodate all dietary requirements – within reason!

Do you cater for Kosher guests?

Yes, we can provide Kosher meals from our external supplier, however, there will be an additional fee of £120 + VAT per person.  This is in addition to the standard ticket price.

Will there be nuts or alcohol in the food?

Although there are no nut ingredients used in the shared party menu we cannot guarantee that our meals are 100% free from traces of nuts. The shared party menu does not contain any alcohol.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Please be aware that under no circumstance will you be allowed to enter with your own drinks or food – guests found to have brought alcohol into the venue will have the items conviscated and asked to leave.

Can I pre-order bottles of wine/champagne/drinks to our table?

As part of your booking process you will have the opportunity to fill out a drinks pre-order form. Any drinks pre ordered will be ready and waiting for you upon arrival, at your table.

Will tea and coffee be served at the event?

Yes, tea and coffee will available and served from the coffee station after dinner.

What time does the event end?

The bar closes and music ends at midnight – all guests are to leave the venue by 00.30hrs.

What kind of music will play?

A mix of popular chart music and Christmas classics.

Is there strobe lighting?

As part of our disco there may be strobe lighting at our events and flash photography.

If someone doesn’t turn up can I get my money back?

No sorry – they will have missed a great event!

When will my tickets be sent out to me?

Once we have received your menu choices, drinks selection and final balance we will send out your tickets about 1 week before your event via email.
